HVE Mini Conference 2023

VENUE	Rydges Wellington Airport Hotel – an escalator ride to the conference room from within Wellington Airport Terminal
TIME	0900 hrs – 1700 hrs (Optional debrief around the bar 1700 hrs – 1800 hrs)
COST	$150 pp including GST
DRIVING?	If you park in levels 2-7 of the multi-level carpark building (not in Premium Secure) at the airport and take your entry barrier-arm ticket to the reception desk at Rydges, it will cost $10 for the day
BREAKFAST, DEBRIEF AND DINNER If you arrive early, you can come straight to Rydges where breakfast is available from 0630 hrs. Menu options range from around $18 – Continental Breakfast $28 – Full cooked breakfast $32. Why not plan on catching a later flight home so you can enjoy the traditional debrief around the bar at Rydges with other conference participants? Nibbles are provided, so if you think you may participate, please tick this option in the registration form to assist with catering. For those who can stay later, dinner will be pre-ordered from the menu to be served at 1745 hrs. Reserve your place at the table in the registration form.
