HVE AGM/Conference 2025

Rooms are being held for us at JetPark Hotel. Please book at: Accommodation – JetPark Hotel Auckland. Room only rate = $195.00 per night per room. Rooms have been held from 10-15 November – please select the dates you require. NB: Rooms will be released from hold on 10 October, after which usual availability, and flexi rates will apply.

• The conference will begin with lunch at 1200 hrs on Wednesday 12 November, and conclude after lunch on Friday 14 November.
• On Thursday afternoon we have arranged activities for you to enjoy and build relationships with other conference participants. Please read the activity descriptions here and make your selection in the online registration. Wives/Partners are also invited to participate and can register their choice of activity in your online registration. • Reduced fee for HVE Members. If you are an HVE Member, make sure you select ‘yes’ to the question that asks if you are an HVE Member, and your discount will be applied automatically.
• To help the Committee create a programme that’s both engaging and relevant to all members, your input is essential!
