• The conference will begin with lunch at 1200 hrs on Wednesday 16 October.
• On Thursday afternoon we have arranged activities for you to enjoy and build relationships with other conference participants. Please read the activity descriptions here and make your selection in the online registration. Wives/Partners are also invited to participate and can register their choice of activity in your online registration. • This year, the HVE Committee has introduced a reduced fee for HVE Members. If you are an HVE Member, make sure you select ‘yes’ to the question that asks if you are an HVE Member, and the discount will be applied automatically.
