OTHER DETAILS- The conference will begin with lunch at 1200 hrs on Wednesday 02 November
- On Thursday afternoon we have arranged activities for you to enjoy and build relationships with other conference participants. Please read the activity descriptions here and make your selection in the online registration. Wives/Partners are also invited to participate and can register their choice of activity in your online registration
- To assist the Committee as it continues to work on creating an interesting and relevant programme for us all, please email Shirley at: hve.sec@gmail.com suggestions for topics you think should be discussed/covered at the conference. Items can be included in the Members Issues for Discussion sessions, in sessions involving Waka Kotahi (Regulatory or Technical), and/or specific sessions around the topic/s you suggest
- Let Shirley know if you are having trouble booking flights directly to Taupo would like to be linked with someone driving to the conference who can pick you up and transport you from another airport on their way. Please also let us know if we can add your name to the list of those willing to help transport any member who might need this kind of support as well
