HVE AGM CONFERENCE 2026

NB: If required, other excellent options are also available within a 3-5-minute walk, including Lake Dunstan, Carrick, Central Gold and Colonial Manor.

• The conference will begin with lunch at 1200 hrs on Wednesday 14 October and conclude after lunch on Friday 16 October.
• Please let us know in the registration form if you would like to be included in shuttle transfers to and from Queenstown Airport provided by HVE at no extra cost.
• On Thursday afternoon we have arranged activities for you to enjoy and build relationships with other conference participants. This year’s activities will be centered around Highlands MotorSport Park and Cromwell Heritage Precinct. Please read the plan, activity descriptions and instructions here before you register for the conference. Wives/Partners are also invited to participate. Note that participants will book most activities online before the conference. 
• Reduced fee for HVE Members. If you are an HVE Member, make sure you select ‘yes’ to the question that asks if you are an HVE Member, and your discount will be applied automatically.
